1. Eligibility.No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win giveaways. Giveaways are open to readers with U.S. shipping addresses only, unless otherwise stated.
2. How to Enter. Most of the giveaways will be single comment entry and the guidelines for a qualifying entry may vary. Vague and spam comments will be disqualified. You must enter a valid email address to qualify.
A limit of one entry is allowed per e-mail address. You may not enter more than once, whether or not you use a different e-mail address. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted with the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses may be declared ineligible. You may, however, obtain additional entries on a particular giveaway through other channels when applicable and prompted (i.e., by performing an action such as posting to Facebook, mentioning on Twitter, or blogging about the giveaway).
3. Disclaimer. The Memoirs of Megan will not be held responsible for late or lost entries. Unless otherwise stated in an individual giveaway listing, all prizes are shipped directly from the sponsor of the giveaway. The Memoirs of Megan cannot guarantee the delivery of prizes.
4. Entry Deadline Date: The deadline for entering will be 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time on the “Entry Deadline Date.” Late entries will not be accepted.
5. Winner Selection. Winner is chosen through random.org.
6. Publicity. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for The Memoirs of Megan to use winner’s name and prize information for promotional purposes in any medium, except where prohibited by law, without further payment or other consideration.
