My name is Megan B.B.

I am a 27 year old Mommy to our first born: Vivien Nicholette.

I got married to my long-time love, Eli, on October 31, 2010.

We met while we were living in San Diego, CA. He was in the Navy and was stationed there. When he got out of the Navy in 2009, we moved to the Bay Area.

Vivien was born on October 20, 2011 via c-section at 4:38am

 

We recently moved to Denver, Colorado, where I became a stay at home Mommy full time. We are finally living the American Dream, and bought our very first home in 2012, just one month after we moved to Denver.

I started this blog as a continuum from my long-time myspace blog (Yes, I am now dating myself) where I wrote mostly about being single, living life post-divorce, and dating. I am working on marriage #2, and know that things like compromise, and honesty have to be present in a relationship in order to have a successful marriage.

My very favorite thing to do is make up silly songs and sing them to my daughter in a high pitched voice. They make her laugh. They make my husband roll his eyes. It’s a double win situation. I also love photobombing my facebook wall with pictures of Vivien, much to my single friend’s dismay. I’ve been told she’s super cute (of course I think she’s the cutest ever) but maybe that is their subliminal plea for me to stop uploading daily pictures of her.

I am trying my hand at being a natural parent, which is hysterical considering that Taco Bell is a staple in my daily diet.
